TechnoGamerz is one of the largest gaming channels on YouTube. I ran the Minecraft side of it as producer and content strategist, deciding what got made, then getting it shot, cut and out at the cadence a channel that size runs on.
The work
Fast-track production held to a release schedule, with the strategy work feeding straight back into what the next video should be. Series planning, story direction and edit turnaround were one job rather than three handoffs, which is what kept the pace survivable.
