MrBeast ran a worldwide Minecraft competition, inviting teams from 40+ countries to represent their nation by recreating its iconic cultural heritage landmarks inside the game. I led the team that represented India.
The work
Ten-plus builders, one brief, and a deadline set on the other side of the world. Most of the job was not building. It was deciding what India should be represented by, splitting that across a team, and holding the whole thing to one visual language so it read as a single world rather than ten portfolios stitched together.
What I did
- Led Team India in MrBeast's international Minecraft championship
- Set the build vision and delegated roles across a squad of 10+
- Drove the execution strategy against the competition deadline
- Recreated India's cultural heritage as immersive virtual worlds
