D2C jewellery · Brand strategy, positioning and identity system
Uji
The decision
Jewellery as a rotating wardrobe, not a once-a-year purchase
What it runs on now
Brand book, campaign territories and a reusable campaign template
A jewellery manufacturer going direct to consumer for the first time. Manufacturing was solved. Everything a customer actually meets was still open: what the brand stands for, who it's speaking to, why someone buys a second piece.
The work started with positioning rather than design. The insight that unlocked it: the category sells occasion pieces, bought rarely and worn rarely. Reframing jewellery as something you rotate the way you rotate clothes changes who the customer is, how often they buy, and what every piece of content has to do.
That became a full brand book: positioning, campaign territories, and a template the team can execute new campaigns against without coming back for approval on the fundamentals.

Singer and real estate agent · Social and content strategy

The decision
Lead with the singing, not the listings
What it runs on now
A content strategy and a monthly production rhythm
A Mumbai singer who also works in real estate, growing a page that puts the music in front. I set the social and content strategy, and produce the content that runs against it.
Ongoing.
The deck that positioned Uji was made by a tool I built
Strategy work produces documents: brand books, campaign templates, pitch decks. Most studios make those by hand, which is why they take weeks and why revisions cost more than the original.
Mine are generated. Content lives as structured data in Notion; the deck engine renders it. Change the positioning line once and every slide carrying it updates. It means strategy revisions are cheap, which means the strategy gets revised until it's right rather than until the budget runs out.
